GALVANIZED LIFTS:

  • Plumb pile mounts and tighten bolts
  • Re-wrap cables, if necessary
  • Tighten fan belts and pulleys
  • Grease worn gears, flat plate and cable spools
  • Large bull gear - grease spool bearing, if equipped w/ grease fittings
  • Check sheaves and cables for wear
  • Reattach loose carpet on hull supports
  • Spray 'non-sealed' motors and switches with Boeshield

PERSONAL WATERCRAFT LIFTS:

  • Tighten pile mount bolts
  • Tighten fan belts and pulleys
  • Re-wrap cables, if necessary
  • Grease, worn gears or chains
  • Level deadman, if applicable
  • Check sheaves and cables for wear
  • Reattach loose carpet on hull supports
  • Spray 'non-sealed' motors and switches with Boeshield
  • Spray Nylon bearings with white lithium grease, if applicable

ALUMIUM LIFTS (Competitors and Older I.M.M. Models):

  • Tighten pile mount bolts
  • Tighten fan belts and pulleys
  • Re-wrap cables, if necessary
  • Grease worn gears
  • Grease all bearing points on drive shaft and sheaves
  • Check sheaves and cables for wear
  • Reattach loose carpet on hull supports
  • Spray 'non-sealed' motors and switches, including remotes with Boeshield
  • Spray Nylatron bearings with white lithium grease
